Mon 100510: Recovery Week :-)


This week is about recovery - we'll still be doing great workouts, but the focus will be different.

Move well, move consistently - then go faster.

The recovery week is about putting the focus back upon "moving well"

The session today reflected that - front squat technique and stretching.
