Silly maybe but I wanted to see or myself what CrossFit alone can do...
My son Elias supervised the warm up, a man of few words but in possession of a coach's eye, the manual and sound making device ;-)
My longest distance run in 5 months was 1mile and in CrossFit workouts I've run about 6 times this year, yesterday I ran 13.1miles feeling great :-)
I found my calves were the only challenge when they became slightly sore after 16km, which I'm certain with the addition of 1/2 runs per week would build that "sports specific" calve stamina.
CrossFit is about Broad general, inclusive fitness - be ready for anything with CrossFit Christchurch!
