Wed 020610: 150KB swings for time

Explosive hip drive - sends the Kettle bell over head!

This is where it ends up - ideally with hips fully open and eyes straight ahead...


Today we did a simple but effective workout - 150KB swings for time.

Preceding this our skill focus was about the Air Squat, for the simple reason that doing the Basics extremely well is the key to Elite Performance. Be it shopping, CrossFit, Accountancy, Parental skills etc...
