Thursday 23 July evening WOD

CINDY ~ 20 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

5 Pull ups
10 Press ups
15 Squats

Adam 13 + 5 pull

James 13

Wes 14 + 1 pull

First time out with 'Cindy' and the boys did brilliantly - it can be hard to know how to pace yourself, so the first time with a WOD is always interesting.

All of the boys will go far, first time I did cindy I got 8 rounds in 20 minutes and thought I'd died... 2 minutes after finishing these guys are smiling and laughing... doesn't that make you sick?!! :-)

Best WOD yet, definately dominating those pullups and squats, still getting owned by those last few sets of pushups!

Almost got a Butterfly pullup sorted...
