Just before getting going with the WOD, I heard several voices... "Do you run CrossFit here?!"
The voices turned out to belong to Megan and Jeanie (or is it Gy-Gy - I hope I got this right!) who are visiting from American River CrossFit in Sacramento, California.
I can't put into words what an amazing surprise it was to meet more awesome CrossFitters, especially after yesterday!
Safe travels around NZ & when you're here next, come in and do a WOD :-)
