Tonight Pat went through one of OPT's WODS.
7 Rnds each for time with a 2 minute rest. The focus is on completing each rnd straight through, no pauses.
Its a real purpose though is teaching you to relax at your fastest pace, because Double Unders after the first 2 ex's are cheeky!
