Saturday 071109: Death By... SDHP

Excellent effort Barry and Vic! Death by... workouts are simple but brutally effective.

Take a moderately challenging exercise, in our case the Sumo DeadLift High Pull -SDHP and a stop watch.

Complete 1 rep in the first minute, adding 1 more rep each minute thereafter. You may break the reps into sets, as long as you complete the required number in the minute. Continue until death... not really! Just continue until you can't fit them in.. in time :-)
